3. Our services

We offer vehicle modification services including window tinting, car wrapping, paint protection film, parking sensors, car audio, lighting upgrades and vehicle security. The descriptions on this website are provided for general information only. All work is subject to an initial consultation, inspection of your vehicle and a written quotation before it is agreed and carried out. We will discuss your requirements with you and recommend the most suitable option for your vehicle.

4. Quotations and prices

Any prices or estimates we mention - whether on this website, by phone or by message - are indicative only until confirmed in a written quotation. A quotation is based on the information available to us and the condition of your vehicle at the time. Once you accept a written quotation and we confirm your booking, that becomes the agreed price for the work described. If the scope of work changes, or additional work is needed once we inspect the vehicle, we will discuss this and agree any revised price with you before proceeding.

5. Bookings and cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once we have agreed a date and the work to be done. If you need to change or cancel a booking, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer. We may ask for a deposit for certain work; where we do, the terms of that deposit will be made clear at the time of booking.

6. Your responsibilities

To help us carry out the work safely and correctly, you agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your vehicle;
• ensure you are the owner of the vehicle, or are authorised by the owner to commission the work;
• provide relevant vehicle documentation where we reasonably request it;
• remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before it is left with us; and
• make us aware of any existing damage, defects or modifications relevant to the work.

7. Workmanship and aftercare

We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. Films, wraps and other products are fitted and cared for in line with the relevant manufacturer's and film supplier's guidance. To keep your modification looking its best, we will provide aftercare advice (for example, recommended periods before washing a freshly applied film or wrap). Following this guidance is important - failure to do so may affect the finish and any product or workmanship cover that applies.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage that is not a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms, for business losses, or for the condition of pre-existing paintwork, glass, trim or components that are affected by their prior state rather than by our work.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this website - including text, design, graphics, logos and images - is owned by or licensed to Proper Mods Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
